These terms apply to your use of orderlyhelpdesk.com (the "website"), run by JKC Technology Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

These terms cover the website only. Use of the Orderly app will be covered by a separate customer agreement.

About Orderly

Orderly is in early access and still being built. Features described on the website may change, may not be available yet, or may work differently when released. Nothing on the website is an offer to supply the product, and registering for early access doesn't create any obligation on you or us.

Using the website

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• submit false information or spam through the website's forms; or
• copy or scrape the website's content for commercial use without our permission.

Intellectual property

The website's content, design, text, graphics and the Orderly name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You can view and share pages from the website for your own information, but you can't reproduce or reuse the content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Shopify, Gmail, Google and other product names mentioned on the website belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse Orderly.

Accuracy

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. The website is for general information only.

Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Apart from those rights, the website is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
